Data Deletion Policy

Scorify (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a mobile app that records matches with a live scoreboard and lets you mark highlights. We designed Scorify so your videos and overlays are processed on your device. We don’t run a cloud for your media.

What data Scorify stores

  • On-device content: Videos, audio, overlays, and labels you create are stored locally on your iPhone (and in Photos if you export there).
  • Analytics (limited): We log basic in-app events (e.g., app launch, start recording, start trial, subscription) to help improve Scorify and measure performance. These events may be processed by our analytics partner (Meta App Events). We do not collect IDFA and do not track you across other apps or websites.

How to delete your data

1) Delete on-device content

  • Remove any exported videos from Photos (if applicable).
  • Delete the Scorify app to remove app data stored on your device. Reinstalling creates a fresh app instance.

2) Request deletion of analytics entries (where feasible)

Because our analytics are not linked to an account or personal identity, our ability to find and erase specific entries is limited. If you want us to request deletion of event data associated with your app usage (to the extent technically possible), email us with the details below.

Include: your device model (e.g., iPhone 14), iOS version, and approximate dates/times you used the app.

We’ll process or relay your request to our processors (e.g., Meta) and confirm completion or the extent possible within 30 days. Note: Some aggregated, de-identified reports cannot be modified or removed.

3) Subscriptions & billing

Purchase history and billing are handled by Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription, go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled at reportaproblem.apple.com.
