Everything you need to know about Scorify
Scorify adds a live scoreboard overlay to your sports match videos — with two ways to score. You can score in real time while recording (the original workflow), or open an existing video from your Photos library and score it after the fact (post-game scoring). Either way, you control the score from your iPhone or Apple Watch, and Scorify bakes it into the video — no editing required.
Tennis, Padel, Pickleball (singles and doubles), Volleyball, Badminton, and Table Tennis. Scorify handles tennis-style, rally, and side-out scoring, whether you play a single set or multiple sets.
No editing required either way. If you score while recording, the overlay is baked in the moment you press stop. If you use post-game scoring, Scorify processes and renders the overlay for you automatically after you finish scoring. Either way, your finished video goes straight to Photos — no timeline, no templates, no manual editing.
Yes — this is post-game scoring. Tap the folder icon in the Scorify app, pick any video from your Photos library, and score it as you watch it play back. Tap the scoring buttons as each point happens and Scorify will sync the scoreboard to those exact moments. When you're done, hit Export and the finished video with the overlay is saved to your Photos. Great for players who prefer to focus on the game first and score later.
Yes. The overlay adapts to both orientations so you can record however you like.
You can control scoring with your iPhone or Apple Watch. iPad video recording compatibility may vary by device.
The Scorify Apple Watch companion app syncs seamlessly with your iPhone. Start recording on your phone, then control the scoreboard directly from your wrist. Update scores, switch serves, and manage game stats without ever touching your phone during play.
Yes! While Scorify adds the scoreboard in real-time during recording, you can save both versions of your video - with and without the scoreboard. This gives you flexibility for different sharing scenarios or if you need the raw footage for other purposes.
Scorify is free to download and includes 3 recordings per week with a small Scorify watermark. There is no time limit on the free tier — you can use it indefinitely within those limits. Upgrading to Pro gives you unlimited recordings, removes the watermark, lets you add your own logo, and unlocks 4K exports. All videos you've already recorded remain in your Photos library regardless of your subscription status.
Scorify is compatible with iPhone 11 and newer models running iOS 15 or later. For Apple Watch control, you'll need an Apple Watch Series 5 or newer with watchOS 8 or later. The app is optimized for the latest devices but works great on older supported models too.
Currently, one device controls the recording and scoring per match. However, you can have a friend or coach control the scoring from your phone while you play, or you can use your Apple Watch to score while your phone records. We're working on multi-device sync for future updates!
