Note: The quickest way to get help is via the Scorify app (Settings → Feedback). It automatically attaches your app version, iOS version, and device model to help us troubleshoot.

Quick fixes (most common)

Can’t start recording

  • Ensure Scorify has Camera and Microphone access (iOS Settings → Scorify).
  • If your free trial ended, you’ll see the subscribe sheet. Subscribing restores recording immediately.

Highlights not appearing

  • On iPhone: tap the star to include the previous point in highlights.
  • Exported clips add ~2s after the point so you see the scoreboard update.

Apple Watch not updating

  • Make sure the iPhone app is open/active and the watch shows the connected state.
  • If the watch says “iPhone not reachable,” open Scorify on iPhone once, then retry.

Export paused or interrupted

  • Scorify resumes processing automatically on next launch after a quick rescan.

Billing & subscriptions

Start a free trial / subscribe

Open Scorify → tap Record → follow the Apple purchase sheet (14-day free trial on eligible plans).

Manage or cancel

Go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (Apple handles subscriptions and billing).

Restore purchases

  • On your device, sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
  • Open Scorify and open the subscription sheet; tap Restore Purchases (if available).
  • If you don’t see it yet, re-launch Scorify; your entitlement usually refreshes automatically.

Refunds

Apple manages refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Permissions Scorify needs

  • Camera & Microphone: to record your match with a live scoreboard.
  • Photos (Add Only): to save finished videos/clips to your library.

Scorify processes videos on-device. We don’t run a cloud for your media.

App privacy (plain English)

  • We log basic in-app events (e.g., app launch, start recording, trial/subscription) to improve the app and measure performance.
  • No IDFA / no cross-app tracking.
  • Crash logs may be provided by Apple if you enable sharing in iOS settings.

Tips for faster support

When you email us, please include (if possible):

  • iPhone model & iOS version (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 18.0)
  • Scorify version (found on the settings screen)
  • A short description + steps to reproduce
  • Any screenshots or a short screen recording

Known compatibility

  • iPhone: iOS 18+ recommended
  • Apple Watch: watchOS 10+ recommended
